Hello, I’m Gleide.

My passion for sports and well-being began at the age of 18 when I began to go to the gym more regularly. Since then, physical activity has become a lifestyle, awakening my interest in learning more in depth about different styles of physical exercises, sports nutrition, sports anatomy and everything else related to fitness.

My training includes:

-Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agency (NCCA).

-Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist by the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitnes).

-Accreditation as a YOGABODY Certified Stretching Trainer.

-Qualification as a Yoga Instructor after completing the 200-hour YTTC at Sampoorna Yoga, Goa.

These credentials allow me to help clients correct postural imbalances, improve mobility, and prevent injuries through a science-based, personalized approach. Furthermore, they have provided me with the necessary skills to offer comprehensive and effective care to my clients, helping them significantly improve both their physical and mental health.
