How online sessions work

Zoom Meeting
First we will have a Zoom meeting to get to know each other, discuss your goals, assess your current level, and set up a personalized plan. This first meeting will help me understand your needs better, ensuring you to get the most out of our sessions!

Schedule your session
After choosing your plan and having the initial meeting, select the day and time that best fits your schedule using my online calendar. You'll receive a confirmation link via email for our live session. Is that simple!

Train live!
On the schedule date and time, we'll connect via a live video call. During the session, I will personally guide you from my gym, watching and correcting each movement to ensure you're using the correct technique and feel confident.
